Develops pricing strategies and recommendations for AMP’s Platforms portfolio, optimizing fees, incentives, margins, profitability, retention, and growth. Supervise a team of Complaints Specialists to meet operational targets and regulatory timeframes, coach staff, oversee complaint progression and RG 271 compliance, ensure fair customer outcomes, identify complaint themes and risks, drive quality improvements, and engage stakeholders to resolve barriers and improve processes.
