Designs, manages, and delivers digital training programs for nonprofit organizations and vulnerable communities. Responsibilities include developing webinars, self-paced courses, digital guides, and supporting resources; managing the training calendar and Moodle LMS; recruiting volunteers; coordinating with subject matter experts and marketing; facilitating programs; and using learner feedback to improve outcomes.

Lead Infoxchange’s Data as a Strategic Asset Program by developing data strategy, governance, stewardship, privacy, and ethical-use frameworks. Review data assets and information practices, align stakeholders, support customer insight use cases, create an implementation roadmap, and establish processes that build long-term organisational data capability and improve social impact.
