The role serves as the primary customer contact while advocating for customer needs across Product Management and Technical Support.

Own strategic post-sale relationships for cybersecurity SaaS customers, guiding onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion, and value realization. Develop joint success plans, track KPIs and risks, lead QBRs and executive readouts, and partner with Sales, Technical Account Managers, Solutions Architects, and Product teams. Translate cloud security capabilities into measurable business outcomes, security improvements, and ROI while aligning customer executives and technical stakeholders.
