Lead pre-sales technical engagement and demos, design and run POCs, handle technical objections, and translate product value. Post-sale, own APAC enterprise account success, drive adoption/expansion, run QBRs, and relay feedback to product and engineering.

Serve as APAC technical support owner for developer and security teams: troubleshoot integrations (GitHub App, CLI, API, CI/CD), inspect logs/JSON, reproduce issues, escalate with clear repros, build docs/runbooks/Zendesk macros, and surface product-impacting patterns to Product and Engineering.
