Manage end-to-end delivery of Exploren network asset projects across Victoria, including planning, design, construction, commissioning and handover. Prepare scopes, specifications, schedules and estimates; manage HSE, cost, schedule and quality; oversee site assessments and contractors; support business development and ensure compliance with electrical standards and continuous improvement processes.

Monitor and improve customer operations by analysing operational data, managing ServiceNow and PureCloud workflows, handling escalations and Ombudsman cases, supporting ASPs and retailers, conducting QA reviews and UAT, maintaining SOPs, running KPI meetings, and providing training and day-to-day support to onshore and offshore teams to drive service quality and efficiency.

Manage end-to-end customer journey for embedded network clients: identify and convert opportunities, onboard customers, grow share of wallet, ensure SLAs for ordering, delivery, data quality, billing, reporting, and drive value-added product adoption.
