Build and maintain scalable, secure web systems used by schools. Write clean code across frontend and backend, collaborate with Product and Design, participate in sprint planning and technical design, improve CI/CD and monitoring, design database solutions, and champion engineering best practices.

Manage a portfolio of school customers to drive retention, adoption, advocacy, and expansion of the Clipboard platform. Deliver training (in-person and online), resolve issues, identify churn risks and upsell opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, and continuously improve customer success processes. Occasional travel required.

The Head of Compliance will establish and oversee compliance frameworks, manage risks, lead audits, and ensure regulatory alignment across multiple jurisdictions for Compass.
