The role also improves data quality, reporting, templates, automation, and pricing processes while providing guidance to business stakeholders.

Provides administrative support to the Office of General Counsel by coordinating compliance, governance, risk, certification, conflicts, and information barrier processes. Maintains records, registers, databases, and legal matter files; monitors workflows and shared inboxes; prepares reports; coordinates approvals; supports lawyer admissions and certification processes; and liaises with internal and external stakeholders while handling confidential information accurately.

Manage eBilling and credit control for key clients, including invoice submission, rejection resolution, purchase order tracking, budget monitoring, aged debt collection, and monthly reporting.
