Responsibilities include relationship management, partner program development, pipeline and sales target management, partner team training, escalation handling, process improvement, customer finance solutions, and coordination with internal teams. The role requires strong equipment financing expertise, particularly in technology and healthcare markets, along with autonomous execution, compliance focus, and excellent communication skills.

Supports sales-related contract activation, settlement funding, transaction booking, and documentation review. Ensures accurate, compliant processing of lease and loan transactions, manages pipelines and stakeholder requests, monitors KPIs and SLAs, audits deficient transactions, and contributes to process improvements and automation. Collaborates with Sales Support, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Asset Management teams while delivering timely customer service.
