Lead core finance operations for the Australian business including month- and year-end close, financial reporting, treasury, accounts payable/receivable, audits, corporate controls (Italian Law 262), company secretarial duties, and working capital. Manage and develop a multifunctional finance team, drive process and ERP improvements, oversee external audits and statutory compliance, and partner with stakeholders to strengthen controls and support business objectives.

Support Australia’s People Strategy by designing and implementing talent development, performance management, retention, promotion, succession planning, onboarding, leadership development, inclusion, diversity, international assignment, and employee lifecycle programs. The role partners with HR leadership and cross-functional teams, uses talent data and the 9-Box Matrix, coordinates global deadlines, supports acquired-entity integration, and promotes learning and sustainability across the corporate workforce.
