Support and execute marketing activities across events, digital channels, and the website. Coordinate logistics for national events, manage campaign execution and reporting, create and edit marketing copy, and work with designers to grow Halter’s presence among beef and dairy producers.

Field-based sales leader for Victoria and South Australia growth. Set and manage quotas/commissions, coach and mentor junior sales staff, source leads, run on-farm demos, qualify and close deals, negotiate contracts, coordinate post-sale handoffs with Customer Success, build industry relationships, represent Halter at events, and provide customer feedback to inform product roadmap and improve the sales process.

Own and drive Halter's product and development projects in Australia: gather farmer insights, lead cross-functional initiatives and trials, onboard and support strategic customers, set up virtual fencing, and champion Australian farm context across the business.

Lead and build Halter's Australian communications function: develop strategy, manage media and PR agencies, produce content, handle crisis and reputational risks, localise global messaging, advise leadership, and establish scalable processes to support rapid market expansion across NSW, Victoria and South Australia.
