Own the operational lifecycle and performance of prepaid card programs across international payment networks. Monitor authorizations, declines, disputes, settlements, and configuration issues; manage network partner relationships; lead Closed Loop partner onboarding and implementations; coordinate testing, reporting, approvals, and launch readiness; document transitions into business-as-usual operations; and provide operational support across internal teams and urgent global operations.

Design, train, and deploy machine learning models focused on customer experience and fraud detection. Work with large datasets, optimize model performance, implement real-time scalable deployments, and collaborate with fraud, product, and engineering teams while applying MLOps and CI/CD best practices.
