Provide multi-jurisdictional employment law advice for Oyster's EOR platform: maintain templates and policies, support product and HR teams, manage cross-border compliance, liaise with outside counsel, handle audits and regulatory inquiries, and drive process improvements and AI/automation initiatives to scale employment compliance.

Advise internal teams and product stakeholders on multi-jurisdictional employment law matters for an Employer of Record platform. Maintain templates, policies, and compliance documentation; monitor global legislative changes; support cross-border hiring, terminations, benefits, and immigration issues; liaise with outside counsel; contribute to product design and strategic initiatives; drive process improvements and automation (including AI tools) to scale employment compliance globally.
