Provide end-to-end post-sales support for major customer accounts, managing billing, order and inventory processes, procurement activities, escalations, and stakeholder communications. Produce customer-facing reports and operational insights, coordinate deliveries with vendors and warehouses, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate, timely service delivery.
