Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders for a Commercial Insurance transformation. Elicit and document technical requirements as user stories, validate delivered features via QA and UAT, create technical/process/data flow documentation, manage requirements traceability, support integrations and produce release notes and technical docs adapted for Australian implementation.
