Lead corporate strategy initiatives for Cummins’ Asia Pacific Distribution Business, developing growth, profitability, and transformation strategies. Analyze market, financial, environmental, stakeholder, and business data; frame complex problems; influence senior leaders; and guide cross-functional execution. The role requires strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills across countries and functions.

Performs general ledger accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Partners with Finance, Operations, and Sales stakeholders, supports internal and external audits, maintains SOX controls, and improves accounting processes and documentation. The role also contributes to SAP transformation initiatives and supports training for new team members.

Lead product vision and roadmap for a complex product, manage end-to-end lifecycle, prioritize backlog, drive releases and UAT, define KPIs and financial accountability, collaborate with engineering, InfoSec, legal, and stakeholders, and manage and develop the product team.

Paid 6- and 13-month full-time or part-time undergraduate internships across multiple functions (e.g., engineering, IT, finance, supply chain). Interns receive development opportunities, potential cross-functional rotations, and career advancement based on performance.
