Manage major SME client relationships for a business bank, addressing complex financial needs, originating transactions, conducting financial analysis and credit writing, monitoring economic trends, and implementing relationship-management best practices. Own and grow an SME banking portfolio through relationship management, originating new business, credit submissions, and tailored financial solutions. Balance growth with retention and risk management, collaborate across bankers and credit teams, apply market insights to portfolio strategy, and embed best-practice relationship models to deliver excellent SME customer outcomes.
