Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data science solutions: define problems, design analytical approaches, build and productionise ML models and data products, improve pipelines and standards, coach junior staff, and embed analytics into decision-making across the university.

Support the Student Experience team to plan, create and deliver strategic communications and campaigns across web, email and social media. Craft engaging content profiling staff and students, work with stakeholders, manage multiple projects, analyse data for continuous improvement, and support organisational priorities to enhance the student experience.

Support identification, development and delivery of large collaborative research grant opportunities. Coordinate schemes and consortia, enable partnerships with industry, government and not-for-profits, manage processes, tools and reporting, support budget development and financial administration, and provide high-quality administrative and operational support across multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Support ATN's policy and advocacy agenda through research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Produce policy positions, submissions, briefing papers and strategic advice across higher education, research and innovation. Monitor policy developments, synthesise complex information, and work collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes within timeframes.

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing activities: develop and execute sourcing and tender strategies, manage supplier evaluations and negotiations, draft and manage contracts, apply sustainable procurement and life-cycle costing, partner with stakeholders and category teams, ensure governance/compliance, and deliver cost-improvement and supplier rationalisation across university spend.

This role involves providing legal advice on employment and educational disputes at RMIT, managing stakeholder relations, and developing legal documents and training programs.
