Provide secretariat and governance support for Academic Board and subcommittees: coordinate calendars, prepare agendas and papers, take minutes, track actions, advise chairs on procedure, maintain secure records, support course approvals, audits, accreditation, and monitor compliance with governance frameworks.

Provide frontline support for Moodle, RTO Manager, classroom technologies and student management systems. Respond to Jira tickets, set up Moodle courses, maintain student records, troubleshoot LMS/SMS issues, deliver staff training, support integrations, gather user feedback, and collaborate with academic and operational teams to improve digital learning experiences.

Provide one-to-one and workshop-based academic skills support, develop learning plans, monitor progress, process academic misconduct cases, collaborate with teaching staff, refer students to services, and report on support activities.
