Provide Level 2 desktop, helpdesk, remote, and audiovisual support at a client office. Responsibilities include assisting end users, supporting IT and AV equipment and meetings, completing assigned project tasks, documenting and communicating issues, and occasionally working after hours. The role requires strong customer service, communication, teamwork, and experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10 upgrades, IP phones, SharePoint, AV systems, ticketing platforms, and ServiceNow.
