Leads procurement category strategies and end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including market engagement, evaluation, negotiation, contract execution, and supplier transition. Manages supplier relationships, develops commercially sound strategies, and partners with senior stakeholders to deliver sustainable value, operational effectiveness, and customer-focused outcomes across telecommunications and network services.
