Lead design and execution of remuneration and benefits strategy including annual salary review, job evaluation and benchmarking, reward analytics, pay governance and compliance, administration of employee share schemes and incentive programs, and partnering with senior stakeholders and remuneration committees.

Use marketing and customer data to identify audience insights, develop and manage audience segmentation, support acquisition and retention across digital and CRM channels, analyse campaign performance and customer journeys, deliver reporting and data-driven recommendations, maintain data quality and governance, and scale engagement using MarTech and activation tools.

Lead and develop the Accounts Receivable team managing Business, Enterprise, and Government portfolios. Own AR systems, reporting, governance and debtor performance. Drive collections, credit risk management, escalations, reconciliations, audits, and process improvements to strengthen controls, improve cash flow, and maintain positive customer and stakeholder relationships.
