Automate infrastructure, deployments, security gates, upgrades, resilience testing, and operational readiness. Analyze operational data, incidents, developer feedback, and adoption metrics to improve platform reliability and developer experience in a regulated environment.

Lead delivery of the internal audit plan, ensuring audit quality and assurance over governance, risk management and controls. Oversee audit scoping and execution, manage stakeholder engagement with senior leaders, report risk themes to governance forums, and drive continuous improvement of audit methodology and ways of working.

Lead the first-line risk function for Marketing & Growth, embedding practical risk management into strategy and operations. Shape the unit risk profile, strengthen controls, manage incidents and remediation, build operational resilience, oversee change risk, and lead a specialist team while providing trusted, commercially balanced advice to senior leaders.
