Lead and scale agency partnerships in Victoria: develop go-to-market strategy, prospect and onboard agencies, respond to briefs, build long-term agency relationships, grow agency revenue against targets, report KPIs, and support global sales and process improvements.

Own and improve AWS and Cloudflare infrastructure, security posture, cost optimisation, observability, and operational reliability. Lead Vanta/compliance efforts, IAM, secrets, logging, backups, and incident response.
