As we continue to expand our Australian footprint and product offering, we’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Agency Partnerships Manager to join our team and work closely alongside our Agency Partnerships Lead in scaling up our agency footprint in VIC.

Our first-to-market product has already been entrusted by global advertisers such as Disney+, McDonalds, Dyson, Nivea and Mastercard to name a few, along with top tier Australian advertisers such as Chemist Warehouse, Priceline, Red Rooster & Michael Hill.

The ideal candidate has experience within content, publishing, and a thorough understanding of the Australian media landscape. They should hold strong existing relationships with tier 1 and independent media agencies with existing direct clients being a bonus. They should also have a proven track record of large scale agency campaign wins and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. 

Job Description: 

  • Contribute to the development of our go-to-market strategy to ensure our first-to-market product suite becomes a staple on agencies' media plans.

  • Prospect, conduct meetings, and onboard/sell the Linkby platform to key prospective agencies.

  • Create long-term, fruitful relationships with key Australian media agency stakeholders.

  • Respond to agency briefs with a view to securing long-term partnerships.

  • Assume a senior role within our agency team, reporting directly to the Agency Partnerships Lead - Australia. 

  • Manage and grow agency revenue Month on Month and Year on Year in guidance with monthly & yearly targets.

  • Report on quarterly agreed-upon KPIs to your direct manager & Head of Partnerships.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of broader internal processes to improve efficiency and external initiatives to drive growth.

  • Support the global sales teams and spearhead key sales, administrative, and strategic initiatives as they emerge, playing a crucial role in Linkby’s continued growth and success. 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales/partnerships experience in the media landscape.

  • Experience selling to media agencies.

  • Proficiency in selling digital marketing, publishing and Adtech products/solutions.

  • Inherently motivated to lead new initiatives, problem-solving challenges, and identify existing opportunities to optimise/improve.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Enjoy & thrive in a fast-paced environment - especially working remotely.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Up to $120K Base Salary based on experience

  • $20,000 Variable Compensation Based On KPIs Paid Quarterly
