Financial Investment Analyst

Manage the full sales cycle for SMB accounts in Japan, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing. Build data-driven territory plans, achieve quota, conduct consultative discovery, and demonstrate Atlassian cloud solutions. Collaborate with partners, BDRs, marketing, product advocates, and customer success. Maintain Salesforce CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, and accurate forecasts.

Resolve complex technical support cases involving the ServiceNow platform, including platform and database-level issues. Troubleshoot using diagnostic tools, logs, JavaScript, Java, SQL, networking, and infrastructure knowledge. Communicate with customers and development teams, coordinate escalations, and provide timely solutions through multiple support channels. Mentor junior support engineers, contribute to process and product improvements, and deliver high-quality customer service.

Lead delivery of strategic cybersecurity advisory engagements, including security program assessments, incident response exercises, maturity improvement plans, policy and risk framework development, and executive-facing reports. The role involves engaging technical and senior stakeholders, identifying emerging cybersecurity trends, contributing thought leadership, and managing multiple projects. Candidates need 4–10 years of relevant consulting, security program, security operations, risk analysis, policy, or government affairs experience, with strong communication skills and willingness to travel up to 30%.
