Own middle-office administrative and operational processes supporting wealth management teams, including client onboarding, asset transfers, cash payments, reconciliations, custody sweeps, account maintenance, data entry, and reporting. Maintain accurate records across databases and CRM systems, support compliance and data governance, and improve workflows through templates, checklists, and process automation. Collaborate with investment, client relationship, advisory, and operations teams to ensure efficient handoffs and timely task completion.
