Lead the strategy, launch, and scaling of a crypto peer-to-peer marketplace and reusable platform across APAC. Own marketplace economics, merchant liquidity, payment methods, escrow, transaction workflows, trust and safety, platform adoption, and operational performance. Partner with engineering, risk, compliance, legal, commercial, and operations teams while developing product talent. The role requires proven experience launching crypto P2P marketplaces in APAC and managing measurable commercial outcomes.
