Manage enterprise Education accounts to drive product adoption, operational efficiency, and retention. Maintain account plans, run QBRs and health scoring, mitigate churn, lead renewals and commercial negotiations, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate support escalations, champion customer feedback across Product/Engineering, and support migrations and enablement initiatives.

Manage end-to-end SaaS customer implementations (7-10 week journeys), coordinate data migrations using Excel and import tools, build trusted customer relationships, troubleshoot platform issues, and collaborate with Sales, Training, Account Management and Support to ensure successful go-lives.
