Serve as primary technical interface for assigned customers, lead troubleshooting and case resolution for optical transport systems, coordinate cross-functional escalations, produce and validate operational documentation (MOP/ISB/FSB), contribute to knowledge base and training, and perform resident engineering with customer travel as needed.

Drive professional services sales across the ANZ telecommunications and enterprise markets. Identify and close complex network transformation opportunities, build executive and technical customer relationships, develop value propositions and proposals, manage forecasts and pipelines, and collaborate with sales, engineering, finance, legal, product, and delivery teams. The role supports network modernization and AI infrastructure initiatives while achieving assigned sales targets.
