Senior Forward Deployed Engineer responsible for diagnosing customer technical issues, building custom scripts and integrations, troubleshooting deployments and performance, contributing code fixes, and improving product adoption. The role partners with customers and internal engineering teams, provides training and documentation, identifies recurring account issues, and feeds customer insights into the product roadmap. Most work is remote under a hybrid office model, with some travel to customer sites.
