Serve as the technical lead for an APAC customer portfolio, owning API integrations, onboarding design, troubleshooting recurring issues, managing escalations with Engineering and Customer Success, and identifying new integration partners to drive retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.

Manage a book of APAC customer accounts to drive product adoption, retention, and growth. Translate customer goals into technical configurations, collaborate with engineering and integration teams to resolve issues, document customer knowledge, deliver strategic value, and lead upsell and renewal conversations.
