Develop and own regulatory content for the Education sector: research and interpret legislation, translate complex rules into practical guidance, monitor regulatory change, lead content projects, engage with customers and regulators, and support product, sales and marketing with subject-matter expertise.

Validate and improve AI-generated legal and regulatory compliance outputs through legal research, testing, identifying gaps and edge cases, and providing structured feedback to product, engineering and data science teams. Support prompt design, evaluation frameworks, training data, taxonomy and metadata, and work across Australian, UK and global regulatory environments to enhance AI accuracy and customer outcomes.

Manage and grow a portfolio of ~50 government accounts focusing on retention, renewals, cross-sell and expansion. Serve as trusted advisor, run demos and negotiations, manage full sales lifecycle (RFQs/RFPs/tenders), maintain CRM and forecasts, and drive AI and digital adoption across government stakeholders.
