As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will support Onshape customers by ensuring successful onboarding, driving product adoption, managing renewals, and fostering strong customer relationships within the APAC region.

Identify and qualify new Onshape sales opportunities, prospect into whitespace accounts, engage senior decision makers via phone/email/LinkedIn, use SalesLoft and Salesforce to track activity, nurture leads, and pass qualified opportunities to sales executives while driving pipeline velocity.

Sell Onshape cloud-native CAD platform to mid-market engineering and manufacturing customers. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, coordinate with BDRs, marketing, technical engineers, and customer success, develop territory strategy and forecasts, track deals in Salesforce, and meet quarterly revenue commitments.
