Own end-to-end strategic account management for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centre customers. Build executive relationships, influence early design and cooling decisions, lead complex cross-portfolio deals (HVAC, BMS, fire, security, digital), and maintain pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline to drive long-term revenue.

Serve as the primary technical interface for data centre cooling, leading chilled water and liquid cooling solution design, technical pricing, and bid management. Influence early-stage design, ensure performance and resilience, develop cost models and value-engineered proposals, and align cross-functional stakeholders to win complex thermal infrastructure projects.

Designs and implements security, access control, and CCTV systems; performs software testing and troubleshooting; provides technical input for bids; supports project delivery, safety compliance, and mentors junior staff.
