Manage a portfolio of corporate customer accounts, building stakeholder relationships and driving retention, adoption, renewals, satisfaction, and expansion opportunities. Coordinate onboarding, training, implementation, business reviews, and ongoing engagement with internal teams and senior client stakeholders.
