As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will develop and implement a strategy to acquire and grow new enterprise clients in Australia and APAC. Provide professional and timely HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR issues. Collaborate with the HR Director to develop and implement HR policies and programs. Manage employee relations, support performance reviews, and ensure compliance with regulations. Assist with HR operations and payroll administration for Australian employees.
