Responsibilities include go-to-market strategy, technical and consultative sales leadership, AI capability development, solution design, executive customer engagement, partner collaboration, performance reporting, and cross-functional input into product evolution. The role requires scaling SaaS, CX, AI, or enterprise software businesses and driving consistent revenue overachievement across a complex regional market.

Leads enterprise workforce management consulting engagements from discovery through implementation and adoption. Advises executives and operational leaders on forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, workforce optimization, ROI, cost control, and employee experience. Develops transformation roadmaps, manages stakeholder change, supports sales teams, demonstrates WEM capabilities, and ensures practical delivery. Collaborates with product teams on user stories and epics while managing multiple global customer engagements and maintaining delivery quality.

Lead ANZ new-business sales for Genesys: build and execute go-to-market strategy, manage Account Executives, hit multimillion-dollar revenue targets, develop C-level relationships, recruit and coach top talent, align cross-functional teams, and represent Genesys in the CX and SaaS markets.
