The Chief People Officer will lead Culture Amp’s global People Experience function across four countries, overseeing performance, engagement, compensation, talent acquisition, capability, compliance, organization design, and executive advising. Develop autonomous agents and workflows, establish reusable engineering patterns and guardrails, solve ambiguous business problems, and coach teams on adopting AI-enabled systems safely and effectively.

Build and maintain reliable infrastructure, tooling, platforms, observability, dashboards, alerts, documentation, and automation. Collaborate with product teams and fellow engineers to understand needs, solve operational problems, and measure solutions. The role includes pair programming, AI-assisted coding, mentoring, and learning production systems while supporting AWS and GCP environments.

Manage global total rewards and benefits programs, including compensation and promotion cycles, salary ranges, pay equity, variable pay, equity administration, governance, compliance, and manager enablement. Lead and mentor a small team while partnering with People, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition across APAC, US, and EMEA. Maintain market benchmarking, improve data quality and auditability, support benefit programs, and guide leaders on fair, consistent reward decisions.

Administer and improve Culture Amp’s identity and access environment, primarily using Okta. Manage application integrations, provisioning, deprovisioning, MFA, authentication policies, lifecycle workflows, and identity governance. Automate joiner, mover, and leaver processes using Okta Workflows, APIs, and SCIM. Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audit readiness through access certifications, evidence collection, license reviews, and OAuth monitoring. Troubleshoot and optimize related SaaS, directory, cloud, and device-management platforms while partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Design and run large-scale LLM evaluation and observability for production AI features: sampling, LLM-as-judge, human-in-the-loop labeling, monitoring, regression detection, and continuous improvement. Build LLM-powered root-cause analysis and recommended fixes, own feedback loops (prompt engineering, labeling, evaluation), enable teams with reusable tooling and docs, and partner with product, data science and people science to map measured quality to customer value.

Build and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and declarative configuration. Translate business requirements into tested implementations, troubleshoot issues, reduce technical debt, document solutions, and support integrations across GTM systems. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, contribute to AI-powered development workflows, and expand expertise across the Salesforce platform.

Design and ship agentic AI features: build stateful multi-turn conversational systems, memory and context graphs, RAG and hybrid search, data pipelines and integrations, production LLM evaluation and observability, prompt engineering, safety guardrails, and partner with product and people science to deliver scalable, responsible AI in production.

Own the architecture, security, availability, and automation of Culture Amp’s internal technology platform. Manage workforce identity, SaaS tenancy, device trust, endpoint controls, office network architecture, and infrastructure deployment pipelines using Terraform, GitHub, and CI/CD. Build reusable modules, self-service tooling, runbooks, and least-privilege operating models while eliminating manual ClickOps. Provide technical leadership across Security, Enterprise Architecture, Automation, and Workplace Technology.
