Generate pipeline through outbound hunting, manage customer relationships, drive upsell and cross-sell growth, maintain Salesforce records, forecast accurately, and achieve quarterly quotas. Collaborate with field sales, BDRs, product teams, and partners while delivering virtual presentations, handling quotations, and advancing deals.

Leads Splunk’s APJC Partner Solutions Engineering organization, including PSE and PSA teams. Defines partner technical strategy, builds executive relationships, expands partner-led routes to market, and scales repeatable architectures, practices, and enablement. Oversees technical sales support for strategic opportunities, aligns Sales, Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing, and partner teams, and drives partner capability, pipeline, revenue influence, talent development, and organizational performance across Asia, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for AI and cloud infrastructure solutions. Partner with customers, sales teams, and technology partners to understand business needs, design architectures, lead workshops and technical evaluations, and deliver demonstrations. Translate AI strategies into scalable, secure deployments using modern infrastructure, cloud, networking, storage, GPU, container, and model-serving technologies. Present solutions to technical and executive audiences while supporting customer adoption and measurable outcomes.

Manage end-to-end enablement program operations for APJC: plan schedules, run live and virtual events, track attendee assignments and metrics, coordinate speakers and vendors, manage communications and support channels, analyze surveys, and back up LMS/Seismic administration.
