Manage payments opportunities among existing Timely customers across Australia and New Zealand. Engage customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups; understand their needs; recommend Timely Pay and Terminal solutions; communicate product value; manage opportunities through conversion; and build long-term customer relationships. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve payments growth targets in a target-driven environment.

Provide responsive technical support for the Timely SaaS platform through phone, email, chat, and social media. Investigate customer issues, troubleshoot problems, explain technical concepts clearly, identify opportunities to demonstrate product value, and contribute to continuous improvements in support delivery. The role requires strong communication, empathy, judgment, initiative, SaaS support experience, and familiarity with tools such as Zendesk and Slack.
