This is a hybrid Perth-based role requiring travel as needed and a police background check.

Manage project documentation for architectural projects across design and delivery phases. Responsibilities include maintaining document registers, controlling drawings and revisions, applying naming and filing standards, uploading and distributing records through document management platforms, preparing transmittals, supporting tenders and approvals, reviewing document quality, maintaining audit-ready archives, and reporting on document status. The role requires architecture, engineering, or construction document-control experience, strong accuracy, Microsoft Office and PDF markup proficiency, and familiarity with BIM and ISO 9001 systems.

Manage HR business partnering and employee relations across APAC. Advise leaders on workforce planning, remuneration, employment matters, performance, organisational change, talent management, compliance, and position design. Investigate grievances and disciplinary issues, analyze workforce data, support HR systems and process improvements, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition. The role requires handling sensitive information, influencing stakeholders, and supporting culture, inclusion, wellbeing, and return-to-work initiatives.
