Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts through relationship building, adoption strategies, business presentations, and identifying expansion opportunities. Advise customers on SaaS adoption, business processes, and solution best practices. Coordinate with project, technical, product, sales, and account director teams to deliver client objectives, scope additional services, monitor KPIs, and provide roadmap feedback.
