Provide phone, email, and chat technical support for BeyondTrust products: troubleshoot, debug, escalate and document incidents, liaise with Engineering/Product/Sales, track issue resolutions, and participate in on-call rotations.

Monitor, triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across SIEM, EDR, and cloud logs. Lead incident response, forensic analysis, and detection tuning. Integrate AI/LLM tools and automation into workflows, produce incident reports, maintain runbooks, and participate in on-call rotation and exercises.
