Lead multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and deploy autonomy software for unmanned systems. Responsibilities include tactical autonomy algorithm design, high-performance C++ development, behavior architecture implementation, cross-functional integration with perception and hardware teams, and field testing and deployment on real platforms.

Own and improve C++ build and release workflows for autonomy and vision products: maintain reproducible builds, containerised CI/CD pipelines, edge container images, artefact repositories, and deployment/promotion practices for air-gapped and constrained environments. Develop high-performance C++ simulation software, integrate defence simulation tools (AFSIM/NGTS), deploy containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and lead multidisciplinary teams to support testing, CI/CD, HWIL/SWIL, and operational mission readiness.
