Drive new-client acquisition and ARR growth among independent hotels and hotel groups. Build and execute consultative sales strategies, independently develop pipelines, deliver virtual presentations, manage forecasts and long-term opportunities in Salesforce, represent Cloudbeds at industry events, build partnerships, and provide market feedback to leadership, product, and marketing teams. Maintain post-sale relationships that generate referrals without owning account management.

Manage a portfolio of high-value APAC hotel customers as their strategic advisor and primary Cloudbeds contact. Build executive relationships, conduct business reviews and property visits, identify upsell opportunities, reduce churn, resolve escalations, analyze usage trends, improve product adoption, and provide hospitality-focused recommendations. Travel locally approximately monthly, with additional broader APAC travel quarterly. Communicate customer insights internally to influence platform development.
