Designs and delivers end-to-end automation solutions for Lilly’s global Finance organization. Build and maintain finance data models, pipelines, analytical models, datasets, and Power BI reports using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, PySpark, and related platforms. Integrate SAP and non-SAP financial data, ensure metadata, lineage, governance, and production reliability, and manage code releases through GitHub. Collaborate with finance, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, AI-ready data solutions and translate complex information into actionable insights.

Leads Lilly Australia and New Zealand’s public affairs strategy to shape healthcare policy, improve patient access to medicines, and build sustainable reimbursement reform coalitions. Oversees government relations, advocacy, communications, crisis management, stakeholder engagement, budgets, business planning, and team performance. Partners with internal and external stakeholders to influence policy, support PBAC and MSAC outcomes, manage communications around key milestones, and ensure compliance within the regulated pharmaceutical environment.
