Own enterprise sales across APAC semiconductor accounts, combining new-logo hunting with strategic account expansion. Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through multi-million-dollar contracts, develop partner ecosystems, coordinate technical pilots and deployments, forecast pipeline, and provide market intelligence. The role requires consultative and challenger selling to technical and executive stakeholders, deep semiconductor and EDA knowledge, strong executive presence, and regular travel throughout APAC.

Leads Vinci’s Asia go-to-market strategy and commercial organization for semiconductor accounts. Responsibilities include building and managing the regional sales team, owning revenue targets, leading strategic enterprise deals, developing partner channels, establishing sales operations and methodology, and expanding customer deployments.
