Lead and develop Auxiliaries and community volunteer fundraisers, manage retail elements, oversee budgets and forecasting, cultivate major donors, run events and fundraising programs, manage staff and volunteer leaders, ensure compliance with Foundation policies, and use CRM systems for donor management.

Provide part-time operational and administrative HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HRIS and Office365 processes, recruitment and learning administration, calendar and event management, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement of people systems, and delivery of a people-first culture reporting to the Manager, People and Culture.
