Provide second-line oversight, advice, and challenge across AML/CTF, fraud, and scams compliance. Maintain policies and frameworks, assess controls, monitor AUSTRAC and regulatory changes, review new initiatives, prepare governance reporting, support training and assurance activities, and maintain financial crime risk records in Protecht. The role requires banking or financial services compliance experience, strong AML/CTF knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance.

Leads customer experience strategy by analyzing customer, market, and competitor data; managing NPS, customer satisfaction, and Voice of Customer programs; developing journey maps and segment analyses; and presenting actionable insights to executives and the Board. Partners with Product teams, supports strategic planning and embedded finance initiatives, and maintains governance, risk awareness, and data integrity across analysis.
