Lead and develop the VIC & QLD on‑premise team to drive execution, brand equity and commercial growth across premium bars, restaurants and hospitality groups. Manage distributor relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, execute NPD launches, train trade partners, and represent the business at industry events to achieve state sales and on‑trade KPIs.
